I hired Roman Shakh to represent my family in a nursing neglect case involving my mother’s care. The care she received was atrocious. Although my family considered the case a “slam dunk”, having consulted with a few lawyers, it became clear that my mother was too old and too sick to be worthy of her day in court. No lawyer would take the case. Mr. Shakh explained to us that the case was difficult, but not impossible. Unfortunately, my mother passed before we saw a conclusion of the case.
