This training is a closed session for attorneys general and attorney general staff only.
This annual seminar provides training on issues of interest to state antitrust enforcers that are typically not addressed in more general antitrust programs. Topics to be addressed at this year's seminar include:
A view from the FTC
Lessons learned in recent antitrust trials
Whether to work with class counsel and best practices for doing so
Skills training in communication and team building
Legal writing for antitrust cases
Best practices for using the federal discovery rules
There will be time at the end of each day for litigation meetings.
This course is intended for attorney general office attorneys who represent the state and its citizens in antitrust matters.
Scholarship Nominations
This training is a closed session for attorney general staff only. NAGTRI is pleased to offer space for one participant per jurisdiction to attend this program.
The training will take place on September 20-22, 2022 at the Hyatt Centric Hotel in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
